NTL world account hacked

I am also locked out of my ntlworld email, I was hacked at the end of July and the hacker set up a new verification email address as well as changing the password. I have spent hours on chats and phone calls since then with no progress at all, there are numerous tickets raised and a complaint also but still no answers. All I want is to be able to access my email account again.

Hopefully virgin media will pull their socks up and help us both 🤞
