No option for virgin media email on my account
Hi all,
Pretty new to Virgin and after signing up no end of issues so any help much appreciated.
I submitted a complaint which has apparently been resolved but I am unable to see any details, I assume that these details would be in my 'virgin media mail' app at the bottom of the screen but whenever I click on it I get 'Your Virgin Media Mail account is currently unavailable'
I follow the reset instructions but there is no sign of an option for virgin media mail in my account settings so I can't manage it?
I don't think the option was ever there from the moment I signed up, have I missed something?
VM stopped issuing email addresses to customers in May 2022 so you won't have a VM email address. When you signed up did you give VM a third party email address as your contact details?
