No email since changing log in details as instructed by VM
My ntlworld email account was hacked. In order to change my password I had to change login to gmail address. Then I set a password as instructed and can get into my webmail account without any problems but am not receiving any emails at all.
I just sent myself a test message from my gmail address to ntlworld address only for it to be rejected with the following message
The response from the remote server was:
554 5.2.0 MXIN602 Message contains Spam Content ;id=11S5sbN5tmi5T11S6sGp2C;sid=11S5sbN5tmi5T;mta=mx10-prd-nl1-vmo;dt=2024-04-28T12:08:10+02:00;ipsrc=209.85.219.177;
I fail to see how "testing from Gmail " can be classed as spam.
This ntlworld account has been on the blink for weeks I think ever since it was hacked.
Please would someone from Virgin message me on this site as to how this can be sorted. I am at my wits end
