Microsoft mail and outlook mail

Now Virmedia have changhed the email from Microsoft Mail to outlook mail I an finding getting my amail a pain the the keck, why  Did you chage it? If

    Walter  The change from Microsoft Mail to Outlook mail is nothing to do with Virgin Media.  Microsoft Mail and Outlook Mail are two products supplied by Microsoft.
