manage email accounts

HI I have several secondary accounts  on my email My original email address as the account holder is an NTLWORLD one, I have several secondary accounts some of these are virgin media Some accounts I no longer use and want to delete I followed the instructions and on the Manage other accounts page attempted to delete one of the vm email accounts I no longer need but it wont delete Every time I get a message 'This account has not been deleted please try again. Which I have done many times and can not delete this account Any ideas please?

    You are less likely to receive a reply from the VM forum team here in ‘Tech Chatter’ . A VIP or moderator might move your topic to a better forum, such as ‘Email’ to get a VM reply (usually within a few days).

    You can then arrange with the VM forum team, by PM, to get the unwanted account(s) deleted.

    Sorry to hear that you've not been able to delete the email through your online account. We can check to see if this has gone through for you or get this requested should you still need it. 

    Please join me on private message so I can locate your account and pass account security. You can see your private messages at the top of the page, in the envelope icon or if you're using a smaller device, you can see your private messages by clicking on the Virgin Media logo at the top right and selecting 'Messages' from the drop-down.
