Locked out of Virginmedia Email
Have been locked out of my Virginmedia email for 6 months - Virgin keep saying they are onto it and will call back - nobody ever does. Something about the fact that when I moved home and ported my Virginmedia package, the Virgin Customer Services team set it up wrong and didn't also port my email address attached to my account. Any ideas how to fix this?
