Hello - i have a similar issue.
Both myself and my husband have old Blueyonder accounts going back years to Telewest, but when we moved to a new county, could not have Virgin on our new estate, so set up new Gmail addresses. We were told the old email accounts would be shutdown.
Here we are three years later, we both still have the old Blueyonder accounts on our phone, we cannot access anything to change the password as we are no longer Virgin customers, but we can see the account and password in data breaches.
Ideally, i wish Virgin had shut them down as they had said, but if not, would like to be able to reset the password!
Can anyone advise please?
