finding email password

hi 

trying to set up my virgin email on my new MacBook but can't remember my password and can't seem to find it anywhere - I have tried changing the password but it comes up with 'word not allowed' 

I am still signed in on my phone and old laptop but can seem to 'see' the password anywhere

what do I do?
