Email Account

Having been away for a few days, I have jst tried to sign into my email account on my desktop. I can't. Cn you tell me why?

    All sorted having managed to talk to 
    Virgin Media.

    You'll have to tell us much more. Are you using a web browser or an email app? Which one?  What messages do you get when you try?  

    Is the email attached to a Virginmedia broadband account and can you log into that?

      I have an ntlworld email address and am using web browser. I am asked to link to a secondary email address but I don’t have one. So currently I am unable to access my email on my desk top.
