Email account blocked

I cannot get into my emails, I get a message saying the account is blocked. I've tried following the instructions to unblock it but nothing works. Please can someone help me. Thanks

    My virgin emails have been blocked and I can't find a way to unblock them. I've tried to follow instructions on the message I get, but it doesn't work. I've changed my password to get into VM. Can anyone help? I posted a message here yesterday but can't now find it.

        Hello again, once again I cannot get into my emails. The new password I reset is not working and when I ask to reset the password I don't get any email link to do it. Please can you help? Totally fed up with Virgin!
