Delete old virgin media email

Hi there, I left virgin media about 3 years ago when I moved to a non virgin area but my old email address is active and I’d like to delete it, is someone able to help?  Thx !

    Hi All 👋 Just returning to update the public thread. 

    Thanks to Jg16 for PMing with me and confirming the details needed to raise a request for their email address to be deleted. 

    We are just awaiting confirmation this has been completed, which can take up to 9 days (but is usually much faster.).

    Sorry to hear you are needing some support with getting a historic email deleted. They should usually be deleted automatically after 90 days of the account closing. This is outlined in our email policy and FAQ's page here 👉 https://www.virginmedia.com/help/broadband/manage-email-account in the 'How to close or delete an email account' section towards the bottom of the page. 

    We can help arrange this for you, we just need to confirm a few details via PM to do so. - You can find the PM in the top right corner of the page in your Inbox. 📩 We can then return to this public thread with another update when possible. Thank you for your patience in the meantime!

    Hi, I am having a similar issue as this old virgin media account has been compromised. Can someone from your team help me delete this email address?
