CRH

Has anyone had a problem with accessing their email lately. My virgin.net email has stopped working and asks me to reconnect. This I have tried to no avail.

    Welcome to the Community Forums. 

    Sorry to hear you're having issues accessing your email. Do you have any issues accessing your Virgin Media online account here? You'll need to follow any steps to create your Virgin Media O2 ID if you've not done so already. 

    After you've created your Virgin Media O2 ID, you should then be able to access your emails again.

      i still cant connect. I'm frustrated as I have important emails that i need access to.

        Are you still a paying VM Broadband customer?  If not, your mailbox may have been deleted.
