Question

Has anyone had a problem with accessing their email lately. My virgin.net email has stopped working and asks me to reconnect. This I have tried to no avail.

Sorry to hear you're having issues accessing your email. Do you have any issues accessing your Virgin Media online account here? You'll need to follow any steps to create your Virgin Media O2 ID if you've not done so already.&nbsp;
After you've created your Virgin Media O2 ID, you should then be able to access your emails again.&nbsp;

Are you still a paying VM Broadband customer?&nbsp; If not, your mailbox may have been deleted.&nbsp;

"as I have important emails that i need access to." You should never ever keep important emails in any email system. You should download their contents and save to your local machine. Email systems are not data storage applications.
