Can't log into email account

I can't log into my email account. I have tried everything, but no joy. Can you help please

    Two questions first

    1 - Are you still a paying customer for VM broadband?  If not, the mailbox may have been deleted.

    2 - Have you setup the new mandatory VMO2ID user account yet?

      Yes and not sure, but i think i linked these accounts.

    It is not just my email account as i have jusy noticed it's my virgin media account. Sorry about that

      Hi junea1 thanks for your reply.

      So can you confirm, is it an issue with the single sign-on process?

      Are you not able to sign into your My Virgin Media account?

    I am still locked out of my VM account. I have had replys, answerd all question, but no resolution to my problem, please can sombody help.
