It's strange that you cannot access your account yet the error message says ”This email has been blocked” which suggests it's referring to a specific email that has been blocked. VM certainly do block emails for various reasons, we see that a lot.
I am not a VM employee just someone who enjoys coming on here to try and help people but I must admit I would really like to see the exact wording of that error message because:
- it would useful to be able to advise other people who get a similar message
- it would be especially useful to know what possible reasons VM have for blocking accounts.
Obviously if you do post any details make sure you don't include you email address.

Yes, what you spend your money on, what your interests are, where you go, plus a lot more are definitely all available. However, when it comes to passwords it is a bit different. But whatever you think, it really is a bad idea to use the same password across a number of accounts - you are just asking for trouble.
