I have the same issue as Andyk57, having created the new VM02 logon to keep seeing the likes of Sky Sports and VM on browsers.

Since doing this my e-mail account ending in ntlworld.com is inaccessible on Thunderbird even though the ntlworld.com address is still my main address for logging in to VM. Any help would be greatly appreciated (didn't want to spam the forum with a new thread for the same issue).
