Sincerest apologies for these issues linking your O2 and VM ID's together.
Have you tried putting in the same email address? And if so, what happens when you do?
Are you trying to link the two accounts starting from your My VM side, or the My O2 side?
If you can access My VM 👉 virg.in/myVM you should be able to link the O2 account via the mobile number instead (and verify this via text message.) Just head into your My VM account > Manage Virgin Media Settings >Identity and security settings > You should then have the option to Link your O2 Account (searching by mobile number.)
