does anyone know how to speak to retentions UK rather than foreign call centre?

It just a lottery of keep phoning in. If you ask, they will simply try to fob you off saying they can handle etc.
Offshore in my case has caused a termination of my long standing account, and friends and family and O2 SIM to follow. So quite a bit of business saying goodbye in total soon.
Some would say to ring in as close to 08:00 as possible.
