CS contact

Anyone know how to contact support via email? Or at least in writing?

So.. under UK law customer service MUST be available by "writing" as the primary method and can 'additionally' be available by other methods such as phone...

Most companies choose to accept email, chat or post as the "writing" element of this.

VM seems to only accept phone as the main contact point... anyone know what their main point of contact is for their mandatory written contact? 

From other stuff I've seen here I'm assuming it's going to be via post...? Since there seems to be no email support...? In which case what's the postal address?

    You can submit written complaints via a web form on your online account too.
