Sorry, but those are the very people who care least about customer service.
That's why Virginmedia is at the bottom on the lists for service on Which, Ofcom, and Trustpilot.

They've never been fantastic for customer service, but currently they seem to have managed to plumb new depths! 25 years at least we've been with them (since it was Telewest) and currently about to jump ship I think. Pain in the backside as we will lose our email addresses

I wouldn't rely on the emails for much longer. They stopped issuing new emails in 2022, and if you have avoided all the reported email problems since then you have been very fortunate.

Not that you'll get a direct answer from him. He's too busy to talk to mere customers, but you may eventually get a reply from a minion.

yep, its a dedicated team and not him at all. He is far too busy to deal with the moaning plebs that pay his wages 🙂 To be fair, he shouldn't have to as those responsible and paid to do that function should be doing it, but he should be looking at the number of customer complaints, customer terminations and various other factors that only his position can "influence" to stand any chance of remedy.

So did you get a reply? In my experience they are actually trained not to give a toss!

Not yet - the team here on the forum are trying to help, but I have a feeling that they are now up the same blind alley that all the prior staff are. There is a re-pull engineer coming out on 27th, but speaking to my neighbour today, nobody has been in touch with him - - and the busted conduit carrying the busted wire lives underneath the concrete of his driveway.
