I have no broadband and I am in Pontypridd in south Wales. I am unable to confirm any issues in my area and speaking to a human is nigh on impossible. I am starting to think that the extra speed is not worth enduring the shocking customer service. Can anyone throw any light on the issue. My sincere thanks.
Same here, Pontypridd area and down all morning. Trying to WFH now on hotspot with my phone. Keep getting the flashing blue light when rebooting.

Absolutely disgusting customer service thus far and they STILL haven't updated their Website/App to reflect the service outage. According to both, everything is in the green!

Also in Pontypridd & it has been off now for around 12 hours. Spoke to them on the phone and they said there is an outage and couldn't say when it will be fixed. Still shows as internet fine in area... what a joke.
I expected teething issues with it being a new network in Pontypridd but it has been down several times since we've had it... never for this long though!
Hopefully they will fix it overnight otherwise it will be a day of tethering tomorrow.
Oh and btw it has to be down for days before they even start paying compensation.
Yes also down in Pontypridd for me ….. the more people who call and log it the better ….. 8 o’clock this morning I logged it with them …. No urgency to get it fixed 3pm they told me it was affecting everybody with a new 5x hub . They have also told me it was a software issue and an IP issue ….. also told me it will take 24–48 hours to get fixed
