WiFi Performance has changed recently
Hi my broadband performance has deteriorated over the last few weeks both in terms of stability and range. Nothing has changed in terms of my house and router position.
I live in the WS6 region.
Is there something happening 'behind the scenes' t at VM that is causing my WiFi to temporarily but regularly drop and the reach to be less than it was a few weeks ago?
Have you used the /check-services/ function to check for problems in your area? You can also a run a test on your equipment from there.
If nothing is showing you could also try the automated Service Status number 0800 561 0061. This often gives details of more local issues down to postcode level
