Wi-Fi working but not ethernet

Hi, I’m having issues with Ethernet connection. Wi-Fi is working fine. I have reset the router a few times and also did factory restore. Tried with three different Ethernet cables and on different laptops but it doesn’t seem to be working. There’s no light on Ethernet ports when I plug in the Ethernet cable in the ports. Please can someone help with this issue. Thanks

    Definitely sounds like a hub problem. 

    The primary place to report faults or for service requests is Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait two or three days for a VM staff member to get to your post. This board is not a fault reporting system.
