Wi-Fi Pods Broken After New Hub Installed

I’m having terrible trouble with my wi-if not working properly for some time now. I was promised 3 pods as part of my new package, but I’ve only been sent 2. The Wi-Fi was still really poor, so they have sent me another hub 3. My existing two pods can’t connect to the new hub 3. So the Wi-Fi is terrible. I have contacted them many times and I have just been told technicians are going to get back to me but did not in their promised timeframe. We have tried to reset them as per virgins instructions, but with no joy. I am so fed up. I’m now thinking of moving away from virgin as they never seem to fix the issue I have. I could get the same package for a lot less, I’m paying a lot of money for a poor service. As for the hub 3 and pods, they are either not working properly or just don’t work as well as virgin say they should. I’m a very unhappy customer.
