Wi-Fi pod hasn’t arrived.

How do I go about checking the status of my WiFi pod order? The app just takes you round in circles and doesn’t allow you to contact anyone directly. I ordered my WiFi pod almost 3 weeks ago, girl on the phone was very helpful, said it should be here in 72 hours but could take up to 14 days. Well past the 14 days now and no sign of my order. Can anyone help?
