Wi-Fi black spot in office

I’ve tried running the VM Connect app which identified a download speed of 8Mbps in my office. There was no prompt to order a Wi-Fi pod which I need to get a good signal in that part of the house, due to thick brick walls.

How can I get this resolved, please help.

A Wireless Access Point located in the office would be more reliable choice
in a building with thick brick walls.

"A Wireless Access Point located in the office" Sorry, but this is wrong unless the pod is ethernet cabled back to the hub. VM pods should be half way between the hub and the target machine. If the pod is in the same location as the target machine it will just be getting the same level of signal as the target machine. They are not magic, they cannot suddenly increase a signal.

When the Pod doesn't give you a satisfactory signal, have a look at @Client62 's suggestion.
