WFfi Booster

Hello,

I had an engineer here a week or so ago to fix my V6 box and while he was here I mentioned the wifi is terrible and keeps dropping out (we are not in a big house).  He said that I should be able to order some WiFi boosters to put around the house, or even better that I should just get my router hub upgraded.  He said if he'd had any on the van he'd have just swapped it out for me but I should just be able to order one as I'm on the right package. But I'm unsure how to do this?  Can someone advise please?

    Thanks for popping back on our community.

    We can have a look at getting you a Pod sent out. The Hub swap may not be possible as it depends on your subscribed speeds.

    I can take a look at both anyway for you.
