VM Connect app can’t find my new wifi hub

Got a new wifi hub delivered today and have set it up. Internet appears to be working fine. However, I want to change the password for the wifi and have been trying to do this using the VM Connect app. Keep trying and the app keeps saying it’s unable to locate the hub? Any advice would be appreciated!

    It's tricky to change the WiFi password when you are connected to the Hub over the same WiFi.  That's why the Connect app isn't connecting.

    Do a reset  of the Hub to get the password back to default, and then connect a device by ethernet on 192.168.0.1

    We're sorry to hear you're having some issues with updating the WiFi password. When you have a new Hub, it can take a few days for it to filter through the systems, after activation. During this time, the Connect App may have issues connecting to the hub. This will resolve itself in a few days. 

    In the meantime, you can update your WiFi password by logging into the Hub directly. This link will help guide you on how to do this.
