Virgin Wi-Fi guarantees
I was upgraded to hub 5 for free as Wi-Fi does not reach all of house. My package still says M350. I still cannot get Wi-Fi in parts of house , do I have to pay for pods, what about this virgin guarantee

You did very well to get a Hub 5 on M350. AFAIK wifi on all VM hubs is pretty feeble and that's why the old hands on here use modem mode and our own routers/kit.
