A few months ago virgin were in my street/area installing broadband, is there any way for me to find out when I will be able to order it?
I've put my postcode in my profile under personal notes and I'm desperate to get it as I can only get 67meg at the moment and it makes me sad.

I tried them but they had no idea. I guess I'll have to sign another 24 month contract with someone else. I thought Virgin would be keen to have new customers.
Sounds like they are not in a hurry. Have you checked when Openreach will have fibre in your area?
Yes, I have. They say it will be December 2026. Never mind, I just thought Virgin would be a good choice as it's a lot faster.

When you say you've put in your postcode, do you mean through here? If so, you should get an email once our services are ready to order. Alternatively, I'd recommend giving our Sales Team a call on 0800 183 1234 and they may be able to provide further details about when the network is likely to be activated in the area.
