Virgin media in flats

I've just moved into a flat and I noticed that my flat is not available for the services. I was surprised by this and looked up the flats in my block  and some can get the services. I then checked the other two flats in my building and they have virgin media services but mine will not. Is there any way services could be extended to my flat as there is no fibre option for the flat?

Many thanks.

How are the two flats connected to the network?  Do the two that are each have their own external omnibox with input cable and an output cable entering each flat through an external wall?

Or are the both served from a common internal distribution point/box?

What floor is your flat on compared to the others?

  • Hi Peter--saunders,

Thanks for your post and welcome to the Forums. It's great to have you on board with us in the Community and even better that you are wanting Virgin Media services.

Due to the way we provide our services, it's not uncommon to see issues where we can provide a service to some but not others. We're happy to find out if there are any current plans in the making for your address. To do that I will need your full address. I have sent you a direct message to allow us to do this with you in a private space. Thanks,
