Trying to change WiFi Pword Security Key

Hi,

I can't seem to change my Wifi Password Security Key. I tried updating via my browser, but just got blank screen, or it left hanging. I then downloaded the app, but can't access broadband there - it can't find my hub. I have Hub 5. I have uninstalled the app.

Any help most appreciated.
