SYNC Timing Synchronization failure

My internet regularly drops out and it is becoming infuriating. I recently upgraded to the 315m speed thinking this would stop it but it’s still the same. 

I checked my network logs and I seem to continually get the below.

can someone please help as I have checked all wiring and all good.

    I have taken a look at our side and everything is look fine right now, can you do me a favour and post your BQM here so we can look please.

      Hi Matt,

      here it is. Really frustrating as it constantly drops out so hope this sheds some light.

        Thanks for coming back to the thread.

        You do need a tech visit as your downstream power levels are out of spec.

        I'll send you a PM now to assist further.
