Slow download speed on giga below guaranteed minimum

Hi I havnt yet in many months been able to get over my minimum download speed on giga broadband i can barely manage 500mbps on most days regardless of time, any chance virgin can take a look at this...

Please test directly to the hub to rule out your own equipment

    It's the same, not sure if my downstream voltages are good I know others with this hub have 4 to 5 and my lowest is 0.8

      Downstream power levels should be as close to 0dB as possible, however -6 to +10 is within spec.

      Can you put the HUB into router mode and use the below site to test the speed to the HUB over the VM network:
