Can it be confirmed that Port 2101 is blocked by Virgin?
I need access to this urgently to complete some GPS trials with a reputable Real Time Kinetics source [rtk2go.com]

Every day is a school day! Interestingly, it seems that the port isn't being blocked.
rtk2go.com website appears to be down at the moment.
I can access http://www.rtk2go.com , but when I try to do anything with the :2101 port suffix it fails. An example is http://www.rtk2go.com:2101/SNIP::STATUS - which I can access if I temporarily invoke a VPN.
I see the site is up this morning,
that was not the case when I tested yesterday evening.
Both links from your post work for us in Firefox and Edge. ( No VPN )
