This is the point at which you have a choice . . .
1) Order online a decent Wi-Fi Mesh for the whole house and you can be using it tomorrow.
2) Or waste hours on the phone to VM over the weeks / months ahead as VM try to not issue you 1 Pod at a time.
Your call.
Yeah I was afraid of that, Claiming to give out free pods with a bundle and then having to jump through a million hoops to actually get one sent out.

We're sorry to hear that you're having issues with your WiFi connection. As part of Volt, we do include WiFi Max and where diagnostics determine that a pod can help, we do look to send one. Usually, the checks are performed within the Connect App and this will check all aspects of the WiFi network and allow you to run scans on each room. Where a WiFi pod can help, it would suggest this and allow you to order direct form the app.
As you're not getting this option, we can check things from here and get the first pod sent for you. In order to do that I will need to confirm some information with you to pass security. I have sent you a direct message to allow us to do this with you in a private space. If you are using a PC/Laptop then you can just click on the little ✉ at the top right-hand side of the page to access your inbox. If you are on a mobile/tablet device then instead click on the little circle icon in the top right then select 'Messages'. 😊
