7th time in less than 12 months- normal procedure send a tech to tell me no equipment issue and external team needed - another weekend with no service - why do I bother- whats the alternative?

Daniel - yes do have a date 7 days after I lost my service - not really a solution - just a plaster to fix it temp and then I expect will lose it again - can you advise what services out there better than VM perhaps.
