New contract - new WiFi code and tv not working
We signed a new contract with you last month and have a new internet code, of which I have added to all devices including both to boxes
We have 2 tv boxes , one upstairs is not connecting to the internet - gives a N27 code
We had a new tv box installed in our lounge by the engineer and they supposedly checked our one upstairs and we have no phone line either
Please advise as I have followed all steps on your help pages with no joy
