Ever since The National Lottery did their shutdown last weekend, I have been unable to access the National Lottery website or the App on my Samsung phone or IPad or my daughter's Samsung with the Wifi on. If I turn the Wifi off I can access.

Hmm it may look to be off but still be on.
Plan B. Set the mobile or laptop to use a Public DNS in the connection settings.

Hi been into account and the parental controls are not on. So still cannot access National lottery with wifi on.

Go into the VM Online account and Turn OFF Parental Controls.
