My WiFi changed address from VM8558777 TO UCP8558777

Question

Hello so past couple of days I had no internet I contacted VM and arranged and engineer who is due Monday ,but I've woken up this morning turned my router on still no internet so I looked closely and recognised my WiFi address it was vm8558777 now here is confusing I noticed another matching address which is ucp8558777 so I entered my password and surprise my internet is working again should I cancel the engineer?or is this an issue which needs resolving,

Customer service said there is nothing wrong with there service so they say it's my hub 5 they spent 25 mins trying to tell me it wasn't plugged in correctly, honestly they must think we are idiots&nbsp;
