Intetmittent Ethernet & Wi-Fi

As described. Has been several months. Requires a reboot or waiting for several minutes to regain the connection. Can happen multiple times every single day.

      Most of the downstream power levels are too high. Check for local faults on 0800 561 0061.

      Sorry to hear of your service concerns. Checking the systems on our side we can see your power level are out of specification and no known area issues are causing this. We'll need an engineer to attend to investigate this further. Please join me on private message so I can locate your account and pass account security.
