When I try to go too a link through my email or open some apps I can’t get through on my Virgin internet but if I set my internet to my hotspot I get through can anyone explain why

Thanks for reaching back out to us, sorry to hear that you are having issues with some of yours unable to open. Can we ask are these app of a mature nature such as gambling, gaming, etc that may be blocked by a mature filter in place to protect the younger generation?
