Hub 5 and WiFi schedule

I have the virgin media hub 5 and want to schedule my wifi so it goes off at night. Is this possible and how do I do it?

Such a bad reply legacy1. I had been with another provider for the last 2 years and their smart hub allowed me to set schedules to disconnect devices at certain times and days, meaning I could set bed time schedules for my kids and leave my TV, laptop or phone still connected. So smooth and easy to use. Shame vrigin don’t have the same. I wouldn’t have left my old provider if they supplied the area I now live in.

Much simpler to have mobiles / laptops out of kids bedrooms after lights out.

There is no schedule function on the Hub.  You can use the Connect app to pause devices as needed.  You could also use a timer to power the Hub on and off when required.

      Hi Buddy5

      Welcome to the Community Forums.

Thanks for reaching out with your question. We can see that Adduxi has kindly offered an answer here. You can use the Connect App to pause devices as and when needed.

There are other ways to set limits and restrictions for devices, such as consoles, which have their own parental control settings that can help you manage play time.
