Hi, my Hub 3 is not providing any WiFi signal. The direct cable connection is working as I have a TP range extender plugged in that is working and the internet is working. The app for setting up the hub can't find it. Tried the usual reboot to reset, but no different. The hub 3 is about 3 years old.
Try a pin-hole reset for 60 seconds.
Its time for you to get your own wifi router with 1Gb ports and put hub in modem mode

We were aware of an issue over the weekend and into Monday with the network, this has now been resolved. Has the issue experienced also been resolved?
From looking at the connection, there have been no disconnection and the speeds appear to be back where they were prior to the issues.
