How to cancel appointment

Whilst investigating an issue a screen flashed up saying I had an appoint booked for Friday 26th July, but I never booked one. When I go back to cancel it in my account there is no appointment. Knowing how keen Virgin are to charge if you are not there, how do I find this appointment. I have enough issues (complaint active) and I can do without dealing with there continuous inefficiency.

    Very likely someone booked the appointment to the wrong customer, but it's odd that it doesn't show in your account. I'd take a screen shot of your account to show it wasn't booked to you.

    Sorry to hear of your concerns with a confusions regarding an appointment. 

    Checking the systems at our side we can see that there was an area issue identified so any personal appointments would have been automatically cancelled whilst the team worked to resolve the external fault. This maybe the reason why you could not see an appointment on your online account as any appointments would be shown here
