How do I connect to the main router and not the pods?

That's just stupid from Virgin, I am literally next to the router and it's connecting to a pod several meters away

Hey jaffbfc1, thank you for reaching out and and I am sorry to hear you are having some pods issues.

As mentioned above the WIFI and pods will together to give you the best possible connection. 

It will benefit your connection overall.
