Haven't received confirmation email for broadband

I set up my new wifi with Virgin via the sales team over the phone. I have received my pre-contract but no other information. I cannot contact Virgin about this issue as you need an Account Number to contact them, which I do not have as I have not received my email. Very frustrating and concerning as a first impression.

    Have you checked your spam/junk folders just in case the email has been redirected there?

    You could try calling the pre-installs team on 0800 052 1734 and ask them to check  that they have the correct email address. (It might be incorrectly spelt etc)

    They are open  8:00am to 9:00pm  Monday to Friday, and 8:00am to 6:00pm Saturday and Sunday

    (It can take a couple of days for a member of the forum team to pick up your post)

      I've actually realised that the sales team member entered my email address wrong so that is likely the issue. Just need to figure out how to sort it!

        Call the Pre-installation and delivery team on 0800 052 1734 open  8:00am to 9:00pm  Mon to Fri, and 8:00am to 6:00pm Sat and Sun.

        Or, call the Sales team on 0800 183 1234 and see if either of those can sort you out
