DOWN AGAIN
Since about Mid day today the internet has been going off and on, and when it's on it's ridiculously slow,
So my first check was to see if there was anything online about problems, nothing, then I tried 150 on the phone, to get a the usual menu after menu after menu, and then be told, thank for calling bye! and get hung up on, Then I tried to log into my virgin media account, couldn't remember the password, so used the forgot password link, which failed, because it apparently could not find my account, then I entered all my account details, date of birth, account number, area code, opps something went wrong, try again later, that's now been several hours and umpteen attempts to access my account, I can't even get to the status page to see if there is a problem in my area.
