Cancel engineer appointment

My broadband was down yesterday so I booked an engineer to come out (due tomorrow), but now it's back on so need to cancel the appointment, but no appointment is showing in my account and the whatsapp chat doesn't give any options to do so either. Madness that it seems this is the only way to cancel an appointment, but here we are. Any help?
