I am finding it impossible to order a booster or a 'pod' from you. Our wifi is terrible, it doesn't reach most of the rooms in our house so every time I try to 'scan' the room with the app, it just disconnects from the wifi and says error on my phone because it's so bad. It's impossible to speak to a real human on the phone or on a chat so you keep giving me useless links and rubbish advice and im at my wits end!

Weak wifi and rubbish customer service is enough to drive anyone to posting in CAPS.
Actually I suggest you would be better off in the long run sourcing a decent wifi router yourself and sticking the feable hub into modern mode.
Take a look at a Wi-Fi Mesh from a decent brand too.
This provides an all in one Router and multiple Wi-Fi nodes which are needed
to address the main problem of needing Wi-Fi coverage in more rooms.
VM normally want you to use the connect app to do a WiFi survey, but a VM firm member can order pods one at a time. These are free on certain packages like gig1 or VOLT enabled package.
