Black WiFi pod not synch after Hub 5 upgrade

I got an upgrade to a Hub 5 and my black WiFi pod which was synch to the previous hub is not working anymore. It’s just the white light flashing and it never gets solid white. Can someone help on how to re-synch it to the new Hub? I tried to reset the pod and WPS on the new router but I don’t know if I am doing it wright.

    VM Pods they are quite the most egregious experience you can have for free !

    Contact VM and get them to re-pair the VM Pod to the replacement VM Hub,
    you can not do this.

  • Hey Carmelina, thank you for reaching out and we are so sorry to hear about your pod issue, also a warm welcome to the community.

    Please do try these steps;

    Unplug any Ethernet cables attached to the router and wait at least 30 seconds, then plug them back in. Plug the router's power cable back into the outlet. Plug the modem back in and wait until the modem has finished powering on. Wait at least 2 minutes for your Pods' LEDs to stop blinking.
